CeeLite^® is headquartered in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, outside of Philadelphia, and have research and development and manufacturing operations in Hsinchu, Taiwan through Rilite. The principal executive offices are located in Blue Bell.

CeeLite was originally organized as a limited liability company under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on June 10, 2004. In 2004, CeeLite acquired Rilite as a wholly-owned research and development and production subsidiary. Rilite was formed in 2002 as a management buyout of the Rilite division of Ritek, Inc., a Taiwan corporation (“Ritek”). Ritek, whose primary business is manufacturing CDs and DVDs, formed the Rilite division in 1998 to develop what has become LEC. CeeLite has fully integrated the Rilite operations today.

In March 2008, CeeLite was converted to a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware and continues the business under the name of “CeeLite, Inc.”

CeeLite currently employs 95 employees, of which approximately 25 are located in the United States and 70 are located in Taiwan. The United States-based employees are engaged in market development, sales, finance and management, while the employees located in Hsinchu, Taiwan are engaged in research and development, manufacturing and sales to Asian customers.
